Where we ship

We currently ship to South Africa and internationally to the United States, United Kingdom, and all European Union countries, as well as Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, the UAE, and Israel.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because we work with fulfillment partners rather than holding all stock ourselves, some items ship directly from partner warehouses once your order is placed, which is reflected in the delivery estimates below.

Delivery estimates

Within South Africa: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping takes 2–4 business days.

International orders (US, UK, EU, and other destinations listed above): typically 10–25 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing in your country. During peak periods, especially the weeks before Christmas, transit times can run longer than usual due to higher parcel volumes with couriers and customs authorities worldwide. We recommend ordering as early as possible for gifts needed by a specific date — see "Ordering for Christmas" below.

These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times can vary due to customs clearance, local courier capacity, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs

South Africa: R100 standard, R150 express, calculated at checkout and may vary with order value or promotions in effect at checkout.

International: a flat R300 shipping rate applies to all destinations listed above.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. International shipments are tracked, though tracking detail can be less granular once a parcel enters your local postal network, which is standard for cross-border deliveries.

Ordering for Christmas and holiday gifts

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, especially around Christmas, please place it as early as possible. We recommend at least 4 weeks ahead of the date you need it for international orders, given the longer transit times noted above. Contact us if you have a firm deadline and we'll let you know if it's realistic before you order.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.
